  Netami Tentay Ember,

  Join us for a joint Netami Tentay Ember and WAP OA Chapter for our annual joint cookout this Thursday, August 20th, 2026, @ Castleton United Methodist Church from 6:00pm to 8:15pm. 

  It will be potluck so if you are in Netami Tentay, please bring chips or another snack to share. And OA WAP chapter members will bring a dessert. If you are in both, you can choose what to bring.

  Please bring your own water bottle or other drink for yourself.

  We want to Welcome our new members that have gone through Firecrafter Rituals and OA Ordeals this summer!

  Just as a reminder: All Ember Meetings & Service Projects are open to ALL Firecrafter Ranks; Camper, Woodsman and Firecrafter! However, we cannot email our Camper and Woodsman ranks, so we are asking all our Firecrafters to pass the information on to your fellow scouts that are Camper & Woodsman rank.

  This year's theme is TBD. Please join us for a weekend of friendship, leadership and service as we join in competition to determine "WHO IS THE ULTIMATE MASTERCRAFTER?!!!!!" Any and all ranks of Firecrafter are welcome, so please make sure to register and spread the word to your fellow scouts!

  Pre-registration and payment is required for this event. Concerns regarding pre-payment may be directed to alumnisecretary@firecrafter.org. Attendees must check-in at the welcome shelter upon arrival for health screening and wristband.

  
  

  IMPORTANT NOTE:  PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE BSA REGISTRATION AND BRING A BSA HEALTH FORM, PARTS A & B. This is required while you are on property for your safety and for our compliance with BSA short-term camp standards.
