  It is time again to gather together for Mid-Winter Dinner! We will be holding Mid-Winter Dinner on January 3rd at the Innovation Center at Camp Belzer.  Dinner will be at 6pm with possible fellowship preceding at 5pm if space allows at the Innovation Center (stay tuned for details).

  We are excited to welcome John Cary, Crossroads of America Council's recently appointed Scout Executive, as our keynote speaker this year. This will be his first opportunity to speak to the Firecrafter organization as a whole, so please join us in giving him a warm welcome. 

  In addition recognitions such as The Service Award, Camping Award, Chief's Award, Ember of the Year, Outstanding Firecrafter Award, and more will be awarded.

  Dinner only and VIP options are available.*
  If you require a special diet and would like to be accommodated, make sure to include that information in the registration notes.

  Applications for the Scott Clabaugh Firecrafter Scholarship are now being accepted. This scholarship (awarded at the Mid-Winter Dinner) exists to support Firecrafter members who desire to pursue a career in non-profit management. The application can be found at this link (deadline 12/21).

  Registration cut off date is December 20th, get signed up now!
  There is limited building capacity at the Innovation center! Walk-ins for Midwinter Dinner will not be allowed to allow us to ensure we are not exceeding the Fire Marshall's allotted building capacity.

  It's time for the fourth Annual Joint Spring Fellowship.  This Spring Fellowship will feature fire by friction, trivia, board games, and Firecrafter Rank Review. Additionally, there will be a brotherhood ceremony available for those members in the Order of the Arrow.

  This is a joint Firecrafter and Order of the Arrow Spring Fellowship, program will be available from both groups!

• Firecrafter Midsummer Ritual 2026 - Member

  Please join us for another year of Rituals!  Your ember and council need your help to make these events a success!  Note that the Midsummer Ritual will be held at at Camp Belzer and Grand Ritual will be at Camp Kikthawenund.

  All registrations now have to be verified for current BSA registration & current Safeguarding Youth Training status for adults.  There is not a quick way to do that currently.  That is why registration closes on July 3rd. 

  
  

  All attendees, regardless of role, must register, check-in upon arrival, and receive a wristband to be worn at all times.  There will be a "no food" option for those only coming for part of the events and/or planning to bring their own food.  If your dues are not current or the email on file is out of date, you will not be able to register until you contact the Alumni Secretary to correct.  We'll be happy to help you!

  IMPORTANT NOTE:  PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE BSA REGISTRATION AND BRING A BSA HEALTH FORM, PARTS A & B. This is required while you are on property for your safety and for our compliance with BSA short-term camp standards.

  After Hill, a checkout station will be available in the dining hall (or another designated location) for members attending Hill only. All youth must sign out with event leadership, and candidates may not leave without explicit permission from leadership. The procedure for this early checkout will be announced during Hill preparation.

  This year's theme is TBD. Please join us for a weekend of friendship, leadership and service as we join in competition to determine "WHO IS THE ULTIMATE MASTERCRAFTER?!!!!!" Any and all ranks of Firecrafter are welcome, so please make sure to register and spread the word to your fellow scouts!
