It's time once again for our annual service and most important fundraiser - Belzer Day Camp Dinners!  In addition to providing an important service to our Cub Scout families, the proceeds from the dinner provide a significant portion of the funds to support summer camp operations and year round service projects.  Your assistance is critical!

Each week of Day Camp, Firecrafter prepares and sells picnic dinners to Cub Scouts and their families before the weekly campfire program on Friday evening.

We need at least 10 people each week to make the prep and serving go quickly and smoothly.  While each ember is asked to coordinate a week, members are welcome and encouraged to choose any week that fits their schedule.  Even more than one if that is how you can best serve Firecrafter!  Friends and family are also welcome, as long as they are at least Firecrafter age.  Volunteers will get a dinner for themselves at the end of the evening.

The event will be held rain or shine!  While there is a shelter, rain gear is recommended.  Board of health regulations require a head covering.  Feel free to bring your own hat or a disposable paper one will be provided!  Firecrafter activity shirts are encouraged, but any scouting activity shirt is acceptable.  Disposable aprons and gloves will also be provided.

Firecrafter is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
