Midwinter Dinner

A friendly reminder that walk in registrations will not be accepted. We would regret to turn anyone away but the registration count has already been confirmed with the venue.

Please join us in celebrating 100 years of the Firecrafter program.  Due to the magnitude of this event, we have moved it to an offsite event center with a larger seating capacity.  In addition, we will have the usual catered dinner, awards and recognition, and the company of old friends!

We are again offering the choice of Dinner ONLY or a VIP option.  The VIP option includes event registration fees for all 2020 Firecrafter events, patches for each of the 2020 events, plus a bonus VIP patch AND this year only, a VIP only reception at 4pm preceding the event.  Reminder to Alumni members that the VIP does NOT include your dues.  Due to the slightly increased costs for this event, we have instituted a tiered fee schedule for youth and alumni members.

Please note that we will adhere to the registration cutoff date of December 24th due to the requirements of the venue.

In addition to the standard VIP package, there will be additional centenary merchandise to purchase onsite.  The standard trading post will NOT be onsite but pre-orders from the online catalog will be available for pickup.
